Description

Good nutrition is important for children, particularly in periods of rapid growth or when a child spends a lot of energy doing sports or other activities. In these stages a vitamin complex plays an essential role.

Unfortunately, this is an age in which certain foods are not liked very much and the manias to the foods can put in danger the required nutritional level of the diet.

Multi-Guard for Kids is still one of the best Multis for Kids formulas on the market. Other brands sometimes include only vitamins with some minerals. Our product provides adequate levels of all important vitamins and trace minerals, which may be suitable for ages 4-14 years, with one tablet per day up to 10 years and two tablets for the older age group.

We use natural xylitol to sweeten the tablets, so the formula is aspartame free. It is also sugar free and therefore will not contribute to tooth decay.

The vitamin D present in this formula is necessary for normal bone growth and development; iodine contributes to the normal growth of children and iron to cognitive development.

Our Multi-Guard for Kids multivitamin and mineral complex can be used in conjunction with other dietary supplements such as our Chewable Calcium and Omega 3 for Kids. Calcium is important for children's bone development and Omega 3 contributes to normal bone development.
