Physalis Happy mama® contains Quatrefolic®, the biologically active form of folic acid or 5-MTHF (related to glucosamine).
This form is immediately usable by the body, without any other metabolism, unlike other forms of folic acid. Folate contributes to the growth of tissues in the (future) mother (e.g. uterus and placenta). Active vitamin B12 (MecobalActive®, a very pure form of methylcobalamin), vitamin C and iron help reduce fatigue.
How to use:
* 1 tablet per day. To take with a meal with a little water.
